Update your SEIU Member Profile
Make sure your cell phone number, email address, and home address are up to date. You can update your profile by phone at 1-877-672-7348, by email at MSC@seiuhealthcare.ca, or by live chat in the SEIU Mobile App or SEIU Website.

Sign up
Sign up using your SEIU member ID. Once you create your account, you will be emailed a link to verify your email address.

Set your account settings
Add a profile picture, customize your profile preferences, and add your payment details.

Background check and supporting documents
Once your work experience is verified, you will receive a background check link from Trustii. Complete your background check, upload your PSW certificate/Nurse license #, TB test, and LTC or ORCA training transcript.

Follow our step-by-step HST number guide on the WorkersFirst website or call the MSC at 1-877-672-7348 for live walk-through support on getting your HST number.

Orientations
We are currently onboarding Nursing Home and Retirement Home workplaces in the GTA and orientations will be available starting winter and spring 2024. As orientations are available near you, we will contact you directly.
