What do I do when I am Covid symptomatic?

  1. Please connect with your healthcare provider, or your local Public Health Unit for additional support if needed.

  2. If you are symptomatic and are required to isolate, please cancel all shifts on the WorkersFirst platform that are scheduled within your isolation period.

  3. Please contact healthcare facilities where you have completed a shift recently to assist them with contact tracing.

Health Connect Ontario is also available to support; where one can get health advice from a registered nurse or find health services or information, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
